Production Leader

U-Pull-&-Pay (UPAP) is a dynamic new company establishing a nationwide network of retail self-serve used auto parts stores.  Customers bring their own tools into UPAP stores and remove valuable auto parts from an environmentally processed inventory of autos.  These auto parts are purchased according to a specific price list shared with our customers.  UPAP's inventory of autos is rotated continuously.

 

Due to our explosive growth, we have an immediate opportunity for the following position in our Orlando store:

 

Production Leader

Under the direction of the Store Manager, this working supervisor is responsible for:

 Coordinating and overseeing all vehicle processing activities Training and motivating the production employeesMaintaining and leading all safety awareness issuesPerforming general equipment and building maintenance, including electrical workOperating loader, forklift, crusher, and other industrial equipment

 

Basic Requirements:Must have High School diploma or equivalentMust be able to speak, read, and write English.  Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus!Equipment and building maintenance experience requiredPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs.Comfortable working outdoorsMust be willing to work weekends and overtime as neededPrior supervisory experience a plus.
