Production Manager Exhaust Department

MUST HAVE SOME knowledge of Robotic Welding 

Manage the flow of materials into and out of assigned production lines.

Direct and coordinate activities of assigned production lines.

Review financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies.

Manage staffing requirements in coordination with Operations Manager and manning budget.

Oversee activities directly related to manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are achieved.

Manage TPM activities for assigned production lines.

 

 REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of Associates degree in Management or related field-Bachelors degree preferred.

Japanese company experience a plus

Experience working with Lean manufacturing Principles

Proven track record of improving overall efficiencies, reducing scrap cost and leading teams to effect positive change within the organization.
