Program Manager

Saturn Electronics & Engineering, Inc., a global innovator of electronic, electrical and electromechanical systems, seeks a Program Manager for our corporate headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

 

The Program Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and established metrics.

 

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Engineering and 5 to 10 years of automotive experience in Program Management from pre-launch to launch activities, experience with wiring harnesses, ability to lead a cross functional team and knowledge of engineering document control, drawings, release processes, budgets and project time lines.  In addition, the candidate must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.  Candidate must be willing to travel up to 25% of time.  Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
