Purchasing & Controlling Trainees

Brose North America seeks a Plant Controller Trainee and a Purchasing Trainee:

 

The duration of the program is 12 months plus a 3 month assignment in a foreign country.  Each trainee will complete a 2 week period in a production area upon beginning the program.  Each candidate will change departments every 3 months and must rotate through at least one central function, business division and plant in the course of their project work.

The Trainee program is designed to develop future buyers  and  controllers for the Brose North America Headquarters. 

 

Job Requirements:

Must be a graduate of a university or technical college with degrees in technical and/or business disciplines; Strong communication skills; the willingness to learn a foreign language and work overseas for a 3 month assignment.
