Position #1 - CHEMICAL -  Quality Manager

(Central and Kenton Ohio locations) 70-80K

 

Must have Bachelors Degree and several years of Chemical Quality Control Management.

This position will be the ISO/QS Coordinator and guide the implementation team consistent with the Quality policies and Procedures.

Lead Assessor in the Internal Auditing and Management Rep for the ISO Quality Management System.

Site Contact for outside quality certification agencies

Customer specific reporting in accordance with requirements.

Manage Quality Assurance budget

Track nonconformance events for the plant and Corrective Actions

Meet requirements of ISO 9002 and QS9000 as defined by the Quality Systems Manuals and continuance improvement efforts

Coordinate the development and implementation of laboratory equipment, methods, procedures and training.

Resin, molding compounts or related petrochemical manufacturing preferred. Chemical manufacturing experience required 

 

 

Position #2 - Automotive -  Quality Manager

(Central and Northwest Ohio) 80-90K

 

Must have Bachelors Degree and several years of automotive quality control management.

Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing ExperienceExperience with 8-D?s3-5 years of Quality Management ExperienceTS 16949 Experience RequiredBlack Belt or Green Belt preferred PPAP / APQP / FMEA and SPC experience a plus

 

 

Position #3 - Foods Manufacturing -  Food Quality Manager

(Northern Ohio) 80-90K

 

This position will manager a department of approximately 11 employees.

?  Supports all facets of product quality and food safety regulatory standards

?  Develops/implements standard operating procedures, audit systems and recordkeeping systems to facilitate process conformance to requirements

?  Ensures that all plant personnel have been trained to follow all provisions of standard operating procedures (SOP) and good manufacturing practices (GMP)

?  Assures the company is within USDA/FDA / State requirements and compliance and to serve as interface with any federal/state agencies.

?  Strong problem solving skills
