Quality Manager, Growing Manufacturing Plant

Quality Manager Needed!   Excellent career opportunity to join a stable automotive & industrial supplier of textile applications. Our client is currently seeking a tough-minded leader to successfully manage all quality functions at a rapidly growing manufacturing facility.

 

You?ll be responsible for managing & motivating a staff, driving QA improvement through root cause, conducting internal audits and creating scalable systems/process?s to enhance team success. We need a ?real? leader of people who understands when it?s time to be forceful, positive and fair. This is you?re chance to make a difference and reap the rewards of success and hard work!

 

Position requires a BS degree in a technical discipline, 5+ years experience managing a successful quality department (preferably in an automotive plant). 8D, root cause, statistics knowledge/experience is a must. Black Belt certification and textile applications experience is preferred.
