If you have retail management experience that encompasses customer service, driving sales, recruitment, training and team building, we want to talk to you. We seek experienced managers that like to manage in a hands-on environment, having at least 1-2 years management experience. Hands on automotive experience is not required, but a passion for cars and trucks a must.

On Site Lube Service, a rapidly growing unit of Service Express LLC, has a position available in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to develop with a growth-focused team.

About the Company

Founded in 1990, On Site Lube Service is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our team provides lucrative services to fleet operators and individual corporate accounts. These services include inspection, routine maintenance and some minor repair work for service vehicles. The convenience of our services is that they are all performed on site, at our customers? location. Our market potential is huge and it is our goal to become the best and the biggest company of our kind. Plain and Simple

The easiest way to describe our company is that it is a hybrid of a quick lube center and a motor vehicle inspector that comes to you. Our clients have hundreds, some even thousands of vehicles in their fleets. We go to their locations to prepare inspection reports, communicating the condition of their vehicles and necessary repairs needed to insure the unit?s safety and dependability. While there, we change the oil, top the fluids and make any minor repairs required. We are very unique because we provide service on site for our clients eliminating down time, saving costs and improving efficiency.

About the Position

This is a hands on, revenue producing, supervisory position. In this position you will work hard, get dirty and at times be required to work long hours. Our philosophy is that everyone in the company must fully understand our services in order to assist the growth goals of the organization and progress in the company. Please do not send your application if this is not a commitment you are willing to make.  The position of Regional Supervisor is a position that works hand in hand with our General Manager providing and scheduling on site inspection, oil change and preventive maintenance services for our clients at their locations. These services include fluid checks and changes, visual safety inspections on tires, hoses, belts, and lights, and overall condition inspections on the vehicles interior and exterior.


Salary and Compensation Ranges
Regional Supervisor in Training $2,500 - $3,000 /month

Regional Supervisor  Up to $50,000 / year +Bonus
