Sales Manager

Selected candidates must have the following experience, skills and education to apply

 

1. Bachelors Degree Mandatory

2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales Manager role managing sales professionals

3. Expertise selling into Sensor Manufacturers, Biomedical Equipment Manufacturers or Automotive Electronics.

4. Stable career path

5. Demonstrated and Proven Sales Management successes.

6. Currently a Sales Manager or Similar Title. 

7. Expertise in a technical sales process including involvement in product development

8. Expertise in Selling precision machined components to the industries above is desired

9. Strong PC Skills including MS programs, Outlook, Office, Project, etc

10. Outstanding written and oral communication skills

 

The selected individual will manage a sales force of primarily inside sales reps.  Travel in this position will be typically less than 30%.  They will oversee all projects associated with sales accounts, including product development, account management, internal and external communications and product support plus maintenance issues.  They will be responsible for sales staff development, training, performance, market analysis, determination of customer needs, price schedules, and rates.  This individual will have full responsibility for all functions of the sales organization.
