RSM McGladrey, Inc. is an independent accounting and consulting firm.
We are currently seeking a Sales Person to generate customers for our Auto Parts store accounting division. Over the last 3 years, our client base has doubled and more prospects eagerly await our attention.
Duties will include:
- Contacting store owners within our contracted brands to match their needs to our service offering. This will include phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Build and/or maintain relationships with Distribution Center and Corporate personnel to increase our visibility throughout the US.
- Working at trade show and expo booths, creating leads and meeting with existing customers.
- Speaking at regional meetings and conferences to promote our products as well as recommended store procedures.
- Ensuring that the customer is properly converted to the New Store team and not 'abandoned' during the transition process.
To be successful, you must have an outgoing personality, entrepreneurial drive and excellent communication skills.You should also be an aggressive closer, personable, organized, and possess the drive to be the best person salesperson on our staff.
Preferred candidates will have 4-6 years of outside sales experience and a solid background in the auto industry. Auto after market/auto parts and public speaking experience is a plus. This position will require approx. 50% travel.
We will provide training that will prepare you and help ensure your success. We also have various successful marketing materials and tools for your use. Ours is a fun and fast-paced work environment. We offer a competitive base salary plus high commission potential. Home office possibilities can be made available to the right candidate.
