Sales Trainer

National automotive organization is seeking a dynamic bilingual Sales Trainer. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic, growing organization in the auction business.

The Sales Trainer will develop and execute training programs to support our inside sales team and outside account executives. The?Trainer will identify both short and long term strategies to improve sales productivity by providing effective and efficient training and appropriate sales tools and programs.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

?Develop, implement, manage and maintain all sales training activitiesTeach sales process skills to new and existing sales force including prospecting, presenting, objection handling, and closing techniquesWork with sales force to help qualify prospects to move them through our sales processProvide individual training/coaching based on individual development planContinue to develop customized training tailored to the uniqueness of our business modelMaintaining a high level of motivation within the sales force at all times

Job Requirements:A Bachelor's degree; bilingual-Spanish, 5 years of proven sales training experience, 2-5 years sales experience, preferably in business to business, commercial and government; solid experience in the automotive industry, excellent verbal/written communication skills.
