Job Duties:

Responsible for delivering training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales audience. Reports on individual progress and identifies additional training needs of their target audience. May assist in developing new training courses associated with the introduction of new products and processes to address changes in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

2. Five years retail automotive or automotive training experience.

3. Above average written and verbal communication skills.

4. Prior experience in presenting to groups of 10 to 40.

5. Knowledge of Microsoft Word.

6. Ability to perform work independently.

7. Ability to handle multiple tasks with above average organizational skills.

8. Effective team player with strong initiative and work ethic.

9. Must be able to work a flexible schedule with heavy travel- approx. 4 weeks.

10.  May work in whatever state, not required to relocate.
