Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer

A growing, aggressive automotive company is seeking a? manufacturing engineer with 10 plus years experience to take charge of introducing a complex, high voltage, high energy automotive electro mechanical product into production.

The primary responsibly of the position is to lead the process of taking the product from an advanced design to a manufacturable design and the on into production.??Principal activities?will include:

-?working closely with Asian suppliers and manufacturing partners to identify issues impacting yields and working with product design engineers to inject manufacturability considerations into the final design before it is released for production.

- insure the product and all related systems meet FMVS and market related requirements.

Background required includes:

-?10 plus years of experience successfully launching complex, high voltage automotive electrical systems into production

- proven planning and project management skills

- knowledge of how to work with and process test high voltage, high current applications

- proven troubleshooting skills

- familiarity with manufacturing and testing of digital electronic circuit boards and assemblies
