Service Courtesy Driver

PURPOSE OF POSITION
To provide convenient, courteous transportation for service clients.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greets and welcomes clients in a courteous manner.
Drives clients from the service department to their destination in safe, convenient and comfortable manner.
Drives clients from their point of departure to the service department in a safe, convenient and comfortable manner.
Identify the service Associate with whom the client has made an appointment for the client.
Monitors mileage on the courtesy vehicles.
Ensures proper maintenance on courtesy vehicles.
Maintains the courtesy vehicles in a neat and clean condition.
Organizes and implements a schedule for clients' departure or pick-up.
Communicates with the Cashier through dispatch radio.
Monitors traffic reports to expedite transportation for clients. Required ExperienceLANGUAGE SKILLS.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Associates of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS.
