We?re looking for a Service Manager/Product Support Manager with strong leadership ability as well as great people and communication skills.

 

Primary Duties:

 
Manage the Service and Support Shop for a large equipment dealer in multiple locations
Recruit, lead and manage technicians
Lead process improvement through the entire shop
To exceed customer expectations by providing excellent service
To maintain facilities and equipment that project a professional image and reduce maintenance cost

 

Minimum Requirements:

 
Position requires 5 years proven experience managing the service and support shop in the construction, heavy equipment, and heavy or light industrial equipment industry
