Service Writer

 

Job Description:Determine service work and product needs for customersSchedule service work and installation jobs while reviewing each job for proper size, colors, placement of product..etc. prior to schedulingSuggests add-on sales to increase average transactionsProvide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointmentsKeep customers updated on work progressMonitor daily parts traffic and receives parts for installationsInspects vehicle to ensure proper parts are ordered

 

Experience:Two to Three years of related experiencePrevious retail customer service experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsGood mathematical skills

 

Requirements:High School education or equivalent

This position is for our Ft. Myers Camping World store located at 5600 Enterprise Pkwy, Ft. Myers, FL
