Service Writer Trainee 

 

Lee-Smith, Inc. is seeking an individual to fill the position of Service Writer Trainee.  This is an entry level trainee position ? no prior experience is required. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: move vehicles between the shop lot to the service department; check status of vehicle repairs for Service Writers, answer phones, assist Service Writers in all aspects of the position as required, etc.  Rate of pay:  $12.00 per hour.  We offer a competitive benefit package.

 

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

 

  Valid Drivers Licenses -  CDL or be willing to obtain  - required

  Ability to drive manual transmission

  No disqualifying traffic violations within last 3 years

  No disqualifying driving accidents with the last 3 years

  Must be at least 21 years old

  Service Writer experience a plus, but not required

  Strong computer skills

  Good customer service skills

  Overtime, plus some Saturdays, may be required
