Position Summary: Responsible for supporting all aspects of parts and service functions within the regional office.  These functions include dealer commitment, motivation, and training of dealership personnel.  Provide assistance, support and analysis of dealership financial statements to improve dealership profitability in fixed operations.  Assist in the development and implementation of service promotions to promote customer retention based on region?s units in operation.  Assist in providing dealership personnel with accessory sales and inventory reports.  Review warranty reports and provide support on maintaining cost per vehicle service objective set by national warranty department.  Assist in implementing an effective plan on improving CSI within their assigned region.  Review all parts bulletins and publications with regional/dealership personnel.  Provide training and counseling to dealership personnel to prevent potential Lemon Law cases.  It is essential that the regional service and parts analyst provide motivation, training, feedback, and work as a team with their sales counterparts to achieve all regional objectives.

 

Minimum Qualifications: Thorough understanding of automotive retail service operations with extensive fixed operations knowledge.  Two/four years of either wholesale or retail management experience.  A four year college degree or automotive management courses is necessary.  Must have ASE certification, be computer literate and have strong oral communication and writing skills.
