Job Description
Provides technical advice and to incoming calls of customers and sales force to resolve product or service requests regarding engineering or technical issues with rough terrain Forklifts, Dumpers and Utility Vehicles.
Verifies the completion and validity of warranty claim forms and reviews company records to determine coverage. Calculates amount of claims and submits claims for payment.
Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Records shipment data, including weight, charges, and availability. Receives and unpacks materials and supplies. Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes. Completes shipping and receiving reports.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in the field or in related areas, degree in auto mechanics desired.
Excellent communication skills, orally and written.
Customer service experience.
Must be capable of lifting 25 ? 50 lbs. without problems.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.)
Knowledge of Peachtree is valued.
Bilingual (Perfect English / some Spanish)
