Services Representative

Safelite Glass Corporation is the largest aftermarket windshield replacement and repair company in the country. We service more than 2 million auto glass customers nationally each year. We have an immediate opening for a Sevices Representative at our Orlando, Florida location. We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, enjoy working with people, and who know the real meaning of providing GREAT customer service.

 

Duties Include:Answer incoming calls and assist both retail and wholesale customers by providing price quotes, taking orders, and handling questions and inquiries. Enter data and generate invoices. Place outbound calls for the purpose of increasing warehouse sales. Sources buyouts and locate parts from the order desk if warehouse stock is depleted. Process inventory adjustments. Maintain warehouse office in a clean and orderly fashion. Perform an array of administrative tasks as required.

 

Basic Qualifications Include:Knowledge of types of automobiles, and general knowledge of auto glass is helpful. Excellent Communication skills. Accurate keyboarding skills. Knowledge of computer software. Previous customer service experience is desired.
