Pilot Truck Care Centers provide trucking fleets with new tires, retreads, limited mechanical service, preventative maintenance, and roadside assistance combined with an ?on-highway? presence that fleets are demanding. 

 

We are now accepting resumes for the position of Shop Supervisor.  Qualified candidates will possess the following qualifications.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

 

?  High School Diploma

?  Exposure to automotive/diesel maintenance and repair

?  Exposure to people management

?  Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen & criminal background check as a condition of employment

?  Lift and carry merchandise, tires, etc. (up to an approximate weight of 100 pounds)

?  Frequently bend, stoop and reach in order to stock, service customers, etc. Must be able to use arms above head/shoulder area

?  Stand/walk for up to eight hours (short breaks provided throughout the shift)

 

Minimum Requirements

 

?  Good computer skills

?  Excellent communication skills

?  Ability to work in a fast paced environment

?  Ability to work with minimal supervision
