In this key opportunity, you will support corporate profitability through the wholesale of parts/accessories to dealerships with the Dealer Operations Manager (DOM), as well as provide support to dealers to accomplish their retail parts and service sales/profit goals. In addition, you will assist in the development and implementation of parts/service marketing, promotions and retail sales plans with dealer management and monitor/evaluate customer handling. Other responsibilities include assisting dealers in developing and implementation of strategy to enhance customer satisfaction through the execution of customer focused parts and service processes; coordinating in-dealership training for achieving overall parts/service customer satisfaction; acting as liaison between the company and the dealer in communicating parts/service corporate policies, procedures and new programs; and supporting district, dealer and corporate activities such as dealer parts and service advertising and other activities to effectively promote the brand. 

 

A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required (will consider equivalent related college or technical courses, seminars and in-house classroom training). Working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications or mainframe to produce non-standard, creative products necessary. Opportunity requires more than 90% day and overnight travel. Position located in Herndon, VA.
