Pick-N-Pull, the largest multi-national auto recycler is looking for an individual that is passionate about cars to be a Store Assistant Manager in Wadsworth, IL. You will be responsible for training and developing our team and being a leader in helping the store achieve all of its goals. You will manage all phases of store operation, sales, core program, and exceptional customer care.

So, what will it take to be successful?

? Three or more years experience as a manager in the automotive retail industry

? Able to successfully manage people and exhibit leadership qualities

? Strong communication skills

? Likes to get dirty

? Able to make sound decisions quickly

? Enjoy exceeding customer expectations

? Passionate about what they do

? Bi-lingual a plus
