Supervisor

A fortune 500 cooperation is in search of 2 Supervisors you will be responsible for the supervision in the completion of all custodial and housekeeping operations. You will have responsibility for staffing, scheduling, budgeting, training and developing an hourly staff in addition to handling customer and client requests as they pertain to your department.

 

Ideal candidates will possess a High School diploma and 2-3 years previous industry & management experience as well as the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services. The ideal candidate will posses? strong leadership and organizational skills. Previous Management/Supervision UAW experience within an automotive industry is required. Previous experience in a manufacturing or hospitality/service industry preferred. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications required. Contract-managed service experience is desirable. Applicant will be required to work Mon-Thur each day in a ten hour shift and any Fri-Sun hours worked will be considered overtime.
