We are interviewing for an Industrial Plant Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for Housekeeping Supervisors who can Lead / Supervise our new Premier account employees in the Cleveland area. Our Supervisor positions have the promotion potential to lead to other management assignments within the Premier organization.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

? A minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibilities in Housekeeping Maintenance.

? Effective interpersonal skills to work with the customer site management team, site occupants and suppliers

? Knowledgeable in custodial management industry standards and best practices

? Strong work ethic

? Strong Leadership skills

? Possess a strong Customer Service mentality.

? Computer literate

? Strong organizational and planning skills

? Experience working with union employees would be a plus.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

? Maintains relationships with customers and effectively manages service delivery of existing business and identifies business growth opportunities within the assigned accounts. 

? Actively participates in the customers? business initiatives and develops and implements plans to meet customer needs and expectations.

? Adjusts processes and resources to meet changing customer requirements.

? Operates within the Premier System to drive processes and resources to meet changing customer requirements. 

? Focuses on resource utilization, performance improvement, measurement and audit.

? Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to the Facility Manager.  Participates in meetings and walk-through with Facility Manager and/or the Customer.

? Produces all required reporting for both internal and customer needs.

? Provides leadership, support and knowledge to other employees to assist in early problem identification and problem solving. Transfers technical operational knowledge to encourage better decision-making.  Delegates appropriately.

? Ensures compliance with applicable laws in the states and communities in which we operate.

? Perform other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.

Physical Requirements:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of job.

 

? The employee is also required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). The employee is frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surface from 4-8 hours. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

? The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
