Title Clerk

Prepare all title transfers and documents on vehicles to accurately record transfer of dealership ownership to purchaser. Title new vehicles by issuing a tax collector's receipt. Prepare new, used, and wholesale title work. Verify license plates through state Department of Highways for all trades. Send registration on all vehicles transferred. Complete odometer statements and tiltle applications for al vehicles sold. Prepare paperwork for trade-ins and purchaed vehicles to floor cars. Stock in used cars purchased from individual or auction, and account for expense. Prepare license plates for customers.

 

We need: Four years of experience in an accounting office. A minimum of two years dealership title background is preferred. We offer: paid medical, dental and vision, STD, LTD, and 401k.
