Tool Room Leader (2nd Shift)

Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Skills, Training, Exp:
Proficient in Gage Calibration
5 years Tool & Die experience
Journeyman status preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate die repair activities necessary to maintain tool repeatability and meet production needs. Secondary duties include perform duties of tool room associate.

Assign work flow in designated press cell for both day and night shift / Document exact work instructions for each die at the completion of each run / Assist in diagnosis of die issues in the press / Control blue book for all dies within designated work cell / Identify ready dies for processing / Conduct Root Cause Analysis with problem dies / Develop die maintenance work process / Follow all applicable TS16949 processes / Participate in performance evaluations for team members with Tool Room Manager
