We?re looking for a sales manager to lead our team of Used Car Sales Consultants. 

 

Responsibilities: Create and organize all sales activities for the Used Car Sales divisionWork with and supervise Used Car Sales Consultants to ensure individual and department sales goals and quotas are metPartner with the Financial Services department to develop and coordinate best practices for the most efficient and effective sales approachAssist Used Car Sales Consultants in closing sales as needed

 

Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industryDemonstrated leadership abilitiesSuccessful background in a financial / budgeting roleSolid supervisory skillsSuperior communication and customer service skills
