We own and operate multiple locations throughout California.  We specialize in selling and servicing new sail and power yachts from 26-74 feet.  We are the largest volume dealer for boats over 30 feet in the United States.  We were the top dealer in the Western United States in the recent Boating Industry Dealer of the year award.  We have built our firm to focus on taking care of our employees and our clients.  We still have our original sales person and original service manager on staff.  We offer outstanding compensation and benefits packages including health insurance and 401K plan.

 

Job Description:

We are currently looking to bring in a Vice President of Service to lead our service department. 

 

Skills/Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have the following proven qualities:Must have strong management skills and ethicsProven history running retail service operationsMust have experience in developing structures & processes and ensuring they are followedAbility to lead teams of people & work with the ones in placeExperience in production & quality controlMust have a vision on how service should be run and the leadership to get your team to follow the visionFinancial background to manage a P/L for your divisionAbility to work well with vendors & manufacturersHistory of working well with the sales arm of the companyStrong computer, written and verbal skills
