Work Schedule:  Rotating schedule, evening and weekends included

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
3 years or more previous retail/sales management experience.
Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, and accuracy.
Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales goals.
Ability to work in a fast paced diversified environment.
Outstanding sales and service orientation.
Able to demonstrate and ability to lead and motivate others.

Responsibilities

Deliver branch growth and achievement of  team sales goals by individual performance as well as providing sales leadership and direction to the staff.  Scheduling of  Bankers/Customer Service Representatives to ensure adequate coverage. Responsible for keeping branch in compliance with all bank policies and procedures and preparing branch for internal audits. Monitors branch service quality levels and coaches staff to achieve appropriate levels in the delivery of World Class customer service. Responds to complex customer complaints and questions.  Opens and/or closes branch. Reports to Branch Manager.
