Guaranty Bank has an immediate opening for an ATM/Card Services Manager to manage the daily operations of the Retail Bank?s ATM and Card Services Department. This involves overseeing the daily operational support of the Retail Banking Center ATM operations, Card Services production and development, the vendor relationships for machine functioning and card issuance, and production of management data for program planning and evaluation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Excellent project planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Management skills to effectively hire, develop, motivate, and evaluate staff. Bachelor?s degree preferred. Experience can substitute for degree. Three or more years of experience in a Financial Services organization or related field required. Must have experience in ATM operations and/or general banking operations knowledge.
