ATM Sales Consultant

We are currently seeking an ATM Sales Consultant.

 

JOB SUMMARY: Contributes to the growth and profitability of the Bank through development and expansion of new ATM business.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Actively solicits and cultivates ATM business relationships.Develops ATM business with the intention of meeting or exceeding a predetermined goal. This business can be attained by contacts made in the following manner: telemarketing to existing/prospective customers, leasing companies, realtors, builder contacts, community involvement, referrals and any contacts made external to the bank/store environment.Establishes and maintains a calling program for new ATM acquisition. The numbers or focus may be revised to reflect a change in Bank strategy.Visits prospect and performs on-site survey for all qualified new potential sites. Responsible for a minimum number of calls per month as determined by the ATM Sales Manager. These calls will consist of prospects and existing customers for cross-sell, referrals, and customer satisfaction purposes. Works in conjunction with the department to manages all aspects of new site acquisition such as financial terms, agreement negotiations and closure of sale.Coordinates the execution of new services with operations and other Bank personnel.Maintains a positive, team oriented working relationship with other areas including relationship manager, operations and help desk staff to promote the quality delivery of ATM services to the assigned portfolio.  Responds promptly and professionally to customer service issues relating to own customer portfolio i.e. inquiries, problems, complaints.Consistently provides superior customer service.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Proven public relations and sales abilities.Excellent analytical skills.Highly motivated - self-starter who manages with little direct supervision.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Good PC skills -experience in Excel, Word and Project Management.Excellent financial and accounting skills.Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of management, prospects, customers and vendors, etc.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 



Education: 2 year - business degree or a high school graduate with a successful completion of banking related courses.

Experience:  Minimum of 2 years in the EFT area as well as a 3-year background in direct sales.
