AVP, Commercial Banking Support Manager

We are currently seeking an AVP, Commercial Banking Support Manager who will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the Administrative Support Group at our Chicago Loop location. Will also analyze the needs of the Commercial Banking Department (CBD) sales group versus support currently provided to ensure that the sales teams can focus primarily on tasks related to meeting established calling, sales and financial goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating high-level activities or completing projects at the department level
Ensuring the CBD meets its monthly, quarterly and yearly renewal goals
Ensuring accounts versus relationships are properly aligned
Monthly tracking and reporting of CBD fundings and paydowns
Managing, coaching and planning development for Divisional Assistants (admin and customer service)
Overseeing daily support activities and planning workflow to ensure high quality internal CBD support and exceptional service to our customers
roubleshooting and resolving critical internal or customer-related issues
Coordinating divisional assistant (administrative and customer service) activities with related operational activities of internal business partners, focusing on maintaining or improving efficiency, economy, quality and compliance with established business policy
Developing new procedures where needed or evaluating current procedures and policies to update or streamline

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Familiarity with commercial loan documentation and loan closing process
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with high degree of independence
