Direct Hire search for Mortgage Loan Processors in the East Valley.

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for:
*Interviewing prospective borrowers, analyzing, and determining their needs.
*Communicating products and pricing programs.
*Performing loan origination activities as well gathering documentation.
*Ensuring all applications consistently meet fundamental underwriting standards.

Primary Accountabilities:
*Knowledge with conforming, Non- Conforming, Jumbo, and Alt-A, A-Minus, Sub-Prime, Prime, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA Loans.

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
*At least 8 months previous loan specialist/officer experience.
*Must be self-motivated.
*Good organization and time management skills.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
*Computer literate with at least 25 WPM typing proficiency.
*Excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Compensation is $32,000 to $38,000 plus commission.
