Accounts Payable Clerk / Rockford (Plaza 7) / MN-1292

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Vocational technical training or Associates degree in a business related field preferred. 1 year accounts payable experience Demonstrated competency using various personal computer applications. Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret information and meet critical deadlines. Basic math skills and ability to perform mathematical calculations with the aid of a calculator. Demonstrated ability to successfully perform in an environment where there is access to confidential information. Effective communication skills to interact with various levels of staff/management



Job Summary:
Process accounts payable invoices, check requisitions and employee expense reimbursements for payment in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to corporate expense guidelines.
