The Securityplus Federal Credit Union, located in the Woodlawn section of Baltimore County is looking for the right person for the position of Assistant Branch Manager. We are stable, growth oriented and one of the largest federal credit unions in Maryland with over $280 million in assets, and six branch locations.

 

The successful candidate will develop procedures and assist in drafting policies for effective data security; Review output data to assure effective data security; Assist in maintaining Credit Union facilities; Work closely with management staff and external agencies in investigating allegations of theft, fraud, embezzlement, robbery, etc; Assist in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of the Credit Union's security equipment and devices as well as negotiating purchase and maintenance contracts related to security equipment; Develop security procedures and assist in training Credit Union staff in security procedures and Act as Administration & Security Supervisor in his absence.

 

The successful candidate should possess B. S. degree in computer science, business administration, or related area or equivalent work related experience; possess general experience with data security processes and procedures in their development and application; be experienced in current data security measures and systems and have strong experience in investigating and resolving data security issues. Two to three years experience would be helpful in fraud investigation and/or loss recovery, preferably with a financial institution.
