Administrative Assistant

PlainsCapital Corporation is looking for a highly professional Administrative Assistant to support Executive Management at its corporate headquarters in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas.Responsibilities include but are not limited to handling all correspondences received. Compose letters, memoranda, and develop routine reports as necessary. Appropriately handle visitor inquiries and/or incoming calls with utmost courtesy and professionalism. Make all travel arrangements. Coordinate conference registrations, hotel arrangements, expense funds, and any other necessary arrangements. Support executive management with duties as needed. Must handle matters of discretion with confidentiality.

 

Requirements: College degree or some college preferred. Minimum high school diploma. 3-5 years experience as Executive or Administrative Assistant. Must have excellent written and oral communication.  Excellent PC skills, including word processing and excel spreadsheets.
