The administrative assistant provides primary support for an individual or team. You may perform incidental general office tasks such as monitoring and ordering standard office supplies; collating and assembling documents; accepting and delivering inter-department correspondence, photocopying/faxing correspondence and reports. You may also attend meetings and take and distribute minutes; schedule appointments and maintain supervisor's calendars; screen calls and visitors and make travel arrangements. You must also feel comfortable typing on a keyboard and using Microsoft Office Package.



2+ years experience supporting an individual or team required.

Operate office machines or equipment such as PC/Printer, Application software, Windows environment, Microsoft Office Package, Photocopier, and a Fax Machine.

You must show good judgment and initiative in selecting the most effective work methods and tools and be able to prioritize your work.

Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written skills.

Must have previous experience with event/project coordination.

Ability to meet deadlines

Excellent and professional communication with all internal and external customers

High school diploma or equivalent.
