VP Ag Lending - South Central Iowa - Inherit a $20 MM Ag portfolio of a retiring Lender that has been with the organization for 40 years!? This bank has a track record of keeping employees happy, progressing in their careers, and incenting them very well.? This is a great opportunity to move into a long term career opportunity.? Bank is $170 MM in assets with 2 locations.? Base Salary between $50K-$85K dependent on experience.? Relocation assistance/sign on provided as appropriate.
AVP/VP Ag/Commercial Lending - Central Iowa - This position is a mix of Commercial and Ag.? Inherit a $10 MM portfolio to get started.? This President allows his lenders to work under a tremendous amount of autonomy and eventually gives his lenders loan approval authority up to the lending limit of the bank.? You can grow with this organization!? Base Salary $50K-$85K.? Relocation assistance/sign on provided as appropriate.
AVP/VP Relationship Manager Ag Lending - Bedroom community of Waterloo/Cedar Falls - This position is in a great community with newer school and housing developments.? The focus for this position is in the development and management of an Ag portfolio.? This is also a great opportunity to gain some management experience as the Branch Manager will report to this hire.? Loan decisions are made locally with this growing Iowa bank.? Base Salary is $45K-$60K base.? Relocation assistance/sign on provided as appropriate.
