Operations Area
BBVA Finanzia USA is searching for a Data Analysis Administrator/IT Support to join its Operations Group. This position reports directly to an Assistant Vice President. This position will work closely with clients, business analysts, systems programmers, and application developers to define and resolve information flow and content issues-helping to transform business requirements into environment specific databases.
Qualified candidates should be able to design, install, maintain and upgrade production databases for files transmitted to and from FDR and Finanzia USA.

Primary Responsibilities:
? Support one or more databases of low to medium complexity with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity and accessibility of data
? Develop IT and data Analysis area in order to identify all software, tools and platforms needed to conduct business
? Provide technical expertise and training of database technology to users
? Provide coaching to business functions and less experienced peers
? Work on a variety of projects and be able to multi-task.
Requirements:
? Minimum of 3 years related IT experience
? Strong working knowledge of Oracle a must
? Solid knowledge of database administration, database monitoring/tuning, logical data modeling and physical database development
? Working knowledge of Business Object and Crystal reports, and web designing a plus
? FDR File layout knowledge a plus
