Join our dynamic team as a Small Business Relationship Manager/Senior and help build the future of our exciting and rapidly growing Small Business Banking organization. 


 


The Small Business Relationship Manager (SBRM) will contribute to the successful portfolio growth, retention and expansion for existing Small Business banking customers. Seek and source new customers through relationship management, referrals and influence networking of both current and new customers and contacts (relevant organizations). The SBRM is responsible for 0-3 Financial Centers and customers with revenues of $0-$3 M.


 


The Senior Small Business Relationship Manager is responsible for directly managing the acquisition, retention and expansion for specifically assigned customer portfolios (75-150 existing key SB customers) with revenues of $3-$10 M.  Covering multiple Financial Centers within multiple markets (3-10). Must be commercially trained and fully credit aware, experienced in Risk Management to achieve bottom line business results and possess superior knowledge & expertise in Relationship Management for Small Business portfolio customers.


 


Applicants with a history of success in this capacity possess 5-10 years of experience in Small Business or Commercial banking with a large or multi-state bank.
