Personal Financial Representatives (PFR) provide paying and receiving services to customers, sell and process routine deposit accounts and related bank services, and refer customers to other bank products in Financial Centers (FC). You will refer all types of mortgage lending, consumer lending, and products affiliated with Washington Mutual Financial Services (WMFS). You are expected to master sales techniques and basic consumer lending. You will also increase your knowledge of more complex product offerings, and develop proficiency in basic (unsecured) consumer lending.

In this position, you are responsible for helping to make our customers' experience in the FC the best it can possibly be. We want to foster an environment in which our customers keep coming back. An essential part of fostering this environment is directing FC floor activities to make sure that customer needs are met, and that their questions are answered.
