Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor degree in business or related field preferred 1 year in retail banking, sales or service field. 1 year cash handling Excellent sales skills with focus on customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and various computer software applications.



Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance with the management of sales and service of a retail bank branch with less than 30 million in deposits. Responsibilities include serving customers total financial service needs, promoting teamwork and ensuring that product, service, referral and profitability goals are met.
