They can order a cup of coffee, and ask about our banking products, and even open accounts! Our Cafe is innovative because it's a combination of both a bank and a cafe. It's place where customers can surf the net, have a latte and talk to a Cafe Associate about our banking products.

What is the ING DIRECT Cafes function?

The Cafe is the vehicle where ING DIRECT can physically connect with people to build brand excitement and demonstrate the value proposition on all of our products. The cafes purpose is to physically represent our brand values, showcase our products face to face and create a sense of community with our customers. At the ING DIRECT Cafe the cafe associate is a brand ambassador. They are responsible for maintaining our cafes but also selling our products. They help customers open savings accounts, certificates of deposit, and mortgage products.

The Los Angeles Cafe is currently looking for an Assistant Coach to join their team!

The Cafe is looking for candidates who are:

What is your role as a Cafe Assistant Coach?

Your role will be to generate new business, create enthusiasm about ING DIRECT and assist the Cafe Coach in operating a profitable Cafe.

The Cafe Assistant Coach attends to clients who visit the Cafe by responding to all inquiries, providing ING DIRECT information, selling banking products and merchandise. They assist customers by opening account, answering banking related question, and having product knowledge.

In addition, the Assistant Coach is responsible for daily ordering of supplies, overseeing the operation of the Cafe and managing Cafe Associates.
