Assistant Controller

We are seeking an Assistant Controller to join our Finance team. The responsibilities of this position include: Managing all accounting functions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the financial records of the Credit Union.  Oversee the preparation and review of the NCUA Regulatory report.  Prepare monthly board financial package and monthly variance analysis to management. Maintain capital budget approvals and requests. Maintain integrity and security of Fed Line and general ledger system. Oversee balance sheet reconciliation process ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

The qualified individual will have a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting or Finance; and at least five years related experience or a combination of education and experience. Excellent organizational, supervisory and interpersonal skills. Understanding of GAAP is required.

 

This is an Officer level position which reports directly to the VP Controller.
