We are currently seeking individuals for an available leadership development experience as an Assistant Manager in our Currency Verification department on the mid-shift (5:30 PM ? 4:30 AM, M-Th).

The position will provide effective leadership and management to the Currency Verification department, including the oversight of supervisory and non-exempt employees providing 24 hour per day, four days per week operations.

In addition, the position will:

Ensure the appropriate scheduling of labor resources to support operational efficiency.
Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with established Bank policy, controls, and procedures.
Maintain a highly competent, productive, innovative staff through effective recruitment, promotion, training, performance evaluation, and reward and discipline of employees.
Address routine and complex operating issues, short and long term projects and objectives, maintain and monitor productivity, quality and customer service goals.


Essential Skills
Bachelor?s degree from a four-year college or university
2+ years of supervisory experience in managing a high-quality, high-volume, customer-oriented environment.
Candidates must have demonstrated effective performance in numerous competencies including Achievement Orientation, Conceptual Thinking, Customer Service Orientation, Information Seeking, Impact and Influence, and Initiative.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, statistics, projections, and procedural/technical manuals.
Ability to write and present reports, business correspondence and procedures.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from officers, managers, customers and vendors.
