Loan Administration Manager will lead the closing and disbursement functions within the servicing department of Commercial Real Estate.  Making business decisions in conjunctions with Relationship Managers, the successful candidate will engage attorneys to prepare loan documents, while coordinating loan closings.  Other responsibilities of the Manager are to verify client draw requests, review third-party inspections, accurately disburse loan funds, and maintain spreadsheets for each construction loan ensuring loans are in balance. 

 

As a Manager the successful candidate will provide leadership, supervision, and training to a small staff and initiate and implement policy and procedures regarding disbursement and closing functions.

 

Qualifications include:

? A college degree, with knowledge of finance.

? Spreadsheets and accounting background.

? Approximately 5 years experience within an active real estate servicing department.

? Extensive knowledge of legal issues and commercial documentation. 

? High level of professionalism, excellent customer service and analytical skills. 

? Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills
