Assistant Relationship Officer

Responsible for analyzing, interpreting, investigating, gathering and presenting of financial data, tax information and credit documentation for determining a clients credit worthiness. Reviews and initiates the creation of loan documents for legal, structural considerations making sure they are in compliance with policies and regulations. Makes calls on client to better underwrite credits. Serves as backup relationship manager. Assists with collection efforts and customer problem resolution. Consults with relationship managers and makes recommendations for credits and loan presentations. Assists with basic and mid-sized loans; provides customer service on behalf of loan officers/relationship managers and team leaders. May be responsible for disbursement of funds. Other duties as assigned.

Asst Relationship Officer I, X20 - Typically requires a Bachelors and 0 - 2 years of directly related experience. Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Basic knowledge of credit, credit analysis and experience working with various types of loans.

Asst Relationship Officer II, X21 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of credit, credit analysis and experience working with various types of loans.

Asst Relationship Officer III, X22 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 4+ years of directly related experience. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Extensive knowledge of credit, credit analysis and experience working with various types of loans.
