Associate - Real Estate Finance Group
RBS Greenwich Capital has an immediate opening for an Associate in our Real Estate Finance Group. Responsibilities include performing quantitative analysis on various types of real estate loans including fixed rate, floating rate, and mezzanine; coordinating and reviewing due diligence packages and loan files; managing transactions with outside attorneys and consultants; packaging loans for inclusion in securitizations; assisting deal managers to close transactions, and interacting with borrowers and mortgage brokers to generate new business.
The candidate we seek is a college graduate with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate or related area with 1-3 years experience in a related area. The candidate should possess exceptional analytical, communication, and PC skills (familiarity with Excel, Word, Argus, Access, Lotus). Must be able to handle responsibility under extreme deadline pressure in a deal-oriented environment.
The RBS Greenwich Capital Real Estate Finance Group is one of the largest participants in the commercial mortgage backed securities market in the United States.
