Responsibilities include:

1) To contribute to Division-wide objectives to meet and exceed client value expectations and be recognized as knowledge experts in risk assessment, internal control and audit.

2) To identify and assess existing and emerging regulatory risks and impacts
on the organization.

3)To assess risks and controls within corporate and governance units and regulatory compliance related processes

4)Participate in or lead audits, special projects and/or investigations

5) To identify process improvements and revenue generating opportunities within the context of the Division's objectives

 

Qualifications include:

1) Five or more years of regulatory/compliance experience at a financial institution or government regulatory authority

2)Five or more years of audit/regulatory compliance experience resulting in a familiarization with audit principles/practices and methodology

3) Ability to identify and examine emerging risks, in addition to the capability of assessing compliance

4) Ability to meet multiple competing priorities and tight deadlines

5) Ability to adapt to changes in the business and regulatory environment

6)Ability to manage increasing and sometimes conflicting demands from multiple stakeholders
