Due to incredible growth, we are currently searching for quality BRANCH MANAGERS for several banking locations in the Indianapolis metro area!!

Our banking client is expanding their presence in the Indianapolis market and further establishing themselves as an industry-leader, and they need Qualified Branch Managers to grow with them!

We are currently working with a very successful regional bank with locations throughout Indiana, Michigan, and the surrounding area.  This bank has an excellent reputation in the community, and due to recent growth are looking to bring aboard quality banking managers to grow with them!

 

Opportunity:  BRANCH MANAGERS, reporting directly to regional management

 

Responsibilities: 

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for meeting established sales and transactional goals as set by regional management.  You will guide and manage a team that includes Customer Service Representatives, Assistant Branch Managers, and various other banking professionals. 

Branch managers manage all aspects of a branch office, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, dispute resolution, branch policy and procedures.  They are also responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with customers and commercial clients. 

 

Qualifications: 

To be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following qualifications: 

*  Bachelor's Degree in finance, management, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required

*  Progressive management experience, preferably in a banking/ finance environment, required

*  Ability to consistently meet/ exceed established sales/ deposit initiatives

*  Ability to effectively train and motivate staff to accomplish set goals

 

Compensation:

Compensation varies depending on experience.  This bank does provide very generous base pay as well as attainable bonus programs, industry-leading benefits, and a strong belief in promoting candidates from within.
